Investigating Court No. 6 Valladolid declared admissible the complaint filed by Christians against the governing lawyers Valladolid University, Mark Sexton, and actor Leo Bassi for crimes against religious feelings, slander and libel, allegedly committed in October 2010 when Bassi, with the permission of Sexton, starred in a parody of age John Paul II and devoted condoms that circulated in the auditorium of UVA.

The judge, noting signs of crime, if the actor's degree of complicity, has decreed the opening of proceedings.

Presented by the Christian Lawyers Association and HazteOir.org, the complaint cites witnesses to teachers and students who previously warned the rector of the show "could be committed perfectly offenses punishable under the penal code. "
